The night is just starting

Hey guys.

How are you all doing? I’m doing alright. I just said ‘goodbye’ to Petrie and won’t see her for about a month. Now, if you haven’t been able to tell already, I am a bit of an emotional sap. I can’t help it, so I just deal with it, lol.

Good thing I have a lot to do tonight to keep my mind off of Petrie.

I have to…

• Finish blogging
• Pack for CA (will be a struggle, packing is not a strength of mine)
• And the most fun… work!

Of course work is nuts on the week that I am going on vacation.   So in order from preventing having  my co-workers wanting to severely hurt me while they are covering for me, I am going to put in a good two hours (at least) tonight.  Woof.

I had a few cheese and crackers while at Mike’s parents house to hold me over.  Once I got home, I needed something quick and easy.  Eating up some fresh food was also a must.

I threw together a quick sandwich that included turkey, cheddar cheese and lettuce.  All pressed together on my panini press.  Spicy mustard and mayo on the side for dipping of course.

I also had some baked cheeto’s on the side.

Dessert will be a must tonight to get me through my evening of work.  Oh so fun!
